Nikki has devoted her working life to development in the voluntary and public sectors with particular focus on European and Transnational co-operation. She has significant experience in business planning, strategic development, fundraising and financial planning as well as programme delivery and development of multi-agency learning. Nikki is particularly focused in the fields of social inclusion, equality and diversity, learning and employment, social enterprise and health. She advocates active living and is a dedicated runner and yoga practitioner.

Anna is the creative mind behind the design, management, and implementation of our projects at both local and international levels. Based on her sociological background and multicultural insights, she supports innovative approaches that empower learners through creative and interactive experiences. Anna is passionate about human rights, gender equality, youth development, sustainability, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. She has a passion for the vibrant world of drama, a heartfelt love for the beauty of nature, a deep respect for all living beings, and an irresistible fondness for chocolate.

Stacey is a qualified Chartered Psychologist who brings her expertise to international program management. Her work focuses on critical areas including justice and human rights, anti-discrimination, and social inclusion, with a particular passion for reforming and enhancing prison education. Beyond her professional pursuits, Stacey enjoys travelling and cherishes quality time with her family, finding inspiration in new experiences and personal connections.

Anja is responsible for designing, managing, and implementing projects across local and international contexts. Her professional focus centres on critical social domains including youth empowerment, community inclusion, social equity, environmental protection, and transformative community initiatives. Deeply passionate about creating meaningful impact, Anja actively collaborates with like-minded partners who are committed to generating positive social change and supporting community development. Anja loves traveling and soaking up different cultures. Total nature lover – you’ll often find her chilling in some gorgeous landscape, just taking it all in.

David comes to Redial after a career both in Education and Public Advisory Services. He worked in secondary and higher education for twenty four years at middle and senior management levels in a career that included being involved at local regional and national government level educational policy making and implementation. After leaving formal education he trained with Citizens Advice and worked for five years as a specialist housing and immigration advisor and client representative Citizens Advice. With his unique skill set from two contrasting careers he is able to analyse, adapt and contribute to the development of EU projects and has now become a permanent member of the REDIAL family, supporting project managers at all stages of project development. He Has spent the past two years training to become a YAP500+ Yoga Teacher and specialised in bringing yoga to the marginalised groups of society.
